Are you sure, beyond any doubt, that you have found Truth? If so, it is that person's eternal destiny at stake and you will be restless with the desire to share that Truth with someone you love.
Most people on this BB, however, seem to have been taught a deception, believed it, and then assumed that all religion is false because of their experience with a false religion. The result is usually either sinicism or apathy. If this is the case with you, there is no way of telling whether your significant other is better of with his/her current misconception or with another.

Is it completely unethical to keep quiet? Or should one subversively

I doubt subversion would be beneficial under any circumstances. Be forthright in a loving manner.
