How about wasteful wiring in the nematode, the Recurrent Laryngeal Nerve and the Ansa Subclavia, the mammalian retina, mammalian male nipples, the appendix, the coccyx, the hyoid bone, the earlobes, extinction in general, and a host of other items that George William's mentions.
