What, no link? I think this is the first time I've seen you give a book reference without a link.
Well, being the resourceful individual that I am, I promptly made my way to Amazon, looked up the book, found the author (one George Stewart), and ordered it. Of course, as long as I was there, I couldn't resist picking up a couple other books too.
It does look interesting - I'll let you know what I think in a couple weeks. Thanks for the tip!
