Great site! I'm an ex-mormon (of many, many years) who is looking for information on the "foster" program for Indian kids the church developed in the 60s and 70s. This involved moving children from their homes and placing them with non-Indian families far from their homes during the school year. My best friend was one of these abused kids. Anybody have any information that can help me learn about this? I don't have much hope of getting information from the church's social service departments.
