: : (Xavier)Again an opinion. Where is your analysis? If you must insist that I "worship" something, it is NOT man. It would be the beauty and majesty of natureand its forces. No matter how much we learn from it we have found that it is not always predictable, controllable, or completely understandable. It existed before us and will exist beyond us. We just learn to adapt. What religion would this be, since you insist that everyone must have a religion?

: Pantheism.

: : : : (Xavier) Please study more on abiogenesis.

: Are you saying there are scientists who have a clear understanding of abiogenesis?

: : : : (Xavier) What would artificial intelligence be? How do we know that there is no intelligence elsewhere in the universe, in some entity that does not conform to the definitions of life as we now understand it?

: : : Oh, brother!

: : (xavier)Excellant, well thought out response, that is sure to inspire some thoughtful musings on my part.

(Xavier) After reading up on this religion, I have determined that it does not accurately describe my beliefs. Pantheism appears to be more a religion of Luke Skywalker and Obi Wan Kenobe. Again, I admire nature and its forces; just can't bring myself to worship it in any religious sense. Someday you may develop the ability to see others as themselves and not through the constrained filter of your religious paradigm. Until such time, I will accept the idea that you have not developed this ability and will continue to see the entirety of man's existence in solely religious terms.
