Most are about minutia. This implies that there are no substantive contradictions in the Bible, just these minute details that you have to work through to defend infallibility.

I wasn't going to read or respond to any of your messages anymore blue since it is impossible to reason with one who doesn't reason. But I accidentally clicked on this post of yours without seeing who the author was.

The three biggest points of the Bible for literalists such as yourself are: 1) the creation story, 2) there was a Jesus, and 3) this Jesus rose from the dead. You may disagree, but I think most people would agree. That having been said, all three of these stories are filled with contradictions. There is nothing minor about them.

We have two separate and contradictory creation stories. We have separate and contradictory genealogies for Jesus. Last, but not least, the very cornerstone of Christianity, the resurrection story, is filled with contradictions.

This having been said, do I believe you will think critically about these things? No.

Do I care? No.

You have chosen to believe in a rigid dogma that was fixed long ago. If that makes you happy, I'm happy for you. All I ask is that you quit pretending to believe in reason by begging for Biblical contradictions when you are going to blow them off any way.
