It is on Blossom Hill soon after you cross into Los Gatos on the left. There is also a fellowship in Sunnyvale and a church in downtown San Jose. I've never been to them.

Besides my wife and I there is another Mormon who attends regularly. She teaches in Primary before attending the UU services. ;)
