I checked out the link, thanks a lot. To stray from the subject a little, William Calvin is a good writer. I read his book "How The Shaman Stole The Moon". I would recommmend it to anyone interested in a look at how mysticism and astrology may have started and evolved.
Do you think that "Sagan admitted
believing in dreams as messengers" as Ronald put it, or do you think that Sagan meant that he found inspiration from unique sources and had to remind himself that his thoughts were real? The way Ronald put it sounded too literal to me. I thought the latter, that Sagan wasn't specifically refering to dreams, but to stream of consciousness type of ideas that don't make sense later on. I don't know, maybe I'm the that's dreaming.
