I don't have any suggestions for you. I just wanted to let you know
that you are not alone. We are experiencing the very same problem. The
only time we get a break from them is at night when it finally gets so
cold they all vanish from their various locations and don't appear again
until morning.
Have you observed them at all? They don't DO anything. They just sit on
the edges of stuff and buzz around periodically to annoy us terribly.
Just an observation.
