Nope. You see, nature is God's agent in the world. Which means that you can explain everything that goes on in the physical universe without recourse to God.

This "methodological naturalism" is merely the way science works. Most scientists do believe in something beyond nature, but don't use that belief in their work.

Hence, no place for God in science; it's a limited method, but one that works exceedingly well.

Note that meothodological naturalism in no way implies ontological naturalism, which is why people of all beliefs (and those lacking any) can do science.
