I second everything rpcman said. As Daniel Dennett said (paraphrasing), organized complexity is the thing we are trying to explain. If you posit a deity who created the first replicating molecules (as Behe does), then you are still left with the question of the origin of that deity. Invoking Occam's Razor, which is the least complicated explanation - spontaneous organization of nucleic acids into replicators, or an omniscient being? The answer, I think, is obvious.
