I was thinking along the lines of reproduction in a lab. Many of the steps toward the formation of RNA strands have been reproduced using prebiotic processes. No one has built a complete strand this way but if they do, I would say it was "found". If Robert can show that this type of thing can NEVER be done without intellegent intervention than his theory would have some support.
