She was one of the "September Six" group of Mormon intellectual types who were cut off by Packer and his Posse of Pious Pimps.

Packer is still around, so if this person keeps pushing too hard on the Mother in Heaven business, we may live to see Packer once again get back in the saddle and head out to do some law enforcement. Nobody talks about the muthuh in heaven unless the brethren in SLC say it's okay. And they haven't said Simon Says on this one yet.

Since Elohim is a Polygamist, there would be many Heavenly Moms. Haven't heard many Feminist Mormons(sic) mention that.

The last paragraph sums the situation pretty honestly. I think it could be paraphrased as "It really sucks to be a woman in the mormon church."

She's just giving a very basic rehash of how the Mother-in-Heaven meme has been handled by ChurchCo leaders. She's not advocating anything of substance or proposing any defiance of ChurchCo policy. With just a little reworking, it could even be a Church News article.
