Need herbal tea suggestions, please (continued)

Karin, the hisbiscus flowers are sold under the title "Sorrel" also. My Jamaican friend told me to rinse the petals thoroughly so that any grit or insects might be dislodged. I personally have never had this problem.

Also, make the tea is a pitcher you're willing to throw away. This tea can stain if it sits for too long.

Absolutely delicious.
