DW and I were just sitting down to some Chocolate cake and icecream when in walks in our niece and nephew wishing me a happy fathers day. When they walked in they both looked tired and hungry. I offered them some choc cake but they refused saying it was fast sunday and they still had another 2 hours before they broke their fast. Why oh why does this cult do this to these kids?? Stupid cult!!!!

Father's Day?

Father's Day falls around 20 June, never on Fast Sunday.

Fathers day also yesterday (Sunday) in Australia.

Mine was lobster and champagne looking over the water at the Sydney Harbour bridge with my new baby daughter.

No fasting involved.

That sounds really lovely! Are lobsters native to your area?

I read an article yesterday that said that Maine has an overabundance of lobsters in recent years. The lobstermen aren't getting paid very much for them, and are thinking of branching out to other species. I got back from my native New England a couple of weeks ago after eating Lobster *everything*. It is so fresh and delicious there. They import lobster to where I live now, but it's not the same.

Becauase for the Cult the world revolves not only around the U.S., but around Utah. It would take a order from the Profit to allow moving fast Sunday to one other than Father's Day in other countries. Why would they do that, when they don't change it when Easter is on fast Sunday?

That's true, they don't even push spring General Conference back a weekend when it falls on Easter, which Christianity considers the most significant day in the calendar.

In our defense, a few clues like:

I have an 18 year old niece and an 18 year old nephew (from different families) that are currently grinding away at the LDS Inc full time missionary experience. what a horrible thing to do to vulnerable 18 year old kids, but then again this is about the best way ever, a prime way, to show them how really parasitic and willing that the LDS Inc. cult is to exploit them, to exploit EVERYBODY, and just how much stock the world really does NOT place in MORmONISM. If they can not learn from having MORmONISM jammed into their faces this hard, as they are sent out to jam it into other people's faces, then they are really stuck.
