Pulled these numbers from memory after more than 30 years since using them for church business and then later resigning my membership. That was a long time ago. If you ask for "maps and boundaries", you can give them any address and they will tell you the ward, stake, and the bishop's name and phone number. The last time I used one of these numbers was to locate and force a bishop to help me get someone in his ward served for a law suit. After he refused to try to talk some sense in to them, I told the bishop that if he wouldn't arrange for service, I would bring a police officer to his sacrament meeting and that we would serve the papers in the chaple if necessary. It was amazing to see the bishop go from beligerant and uncooperative, to helpful and accommodating almost instantaneously.
