How people sit through that shit with anything resembling sincerity, I don't know.

And those jokes that write themselves: Funny how they're all dirty, and I don't even have a very dirty mind! But once I start noticing and thinking in those terms ... OMG.

Watching this, I have a running commentary in my head.

This stuff is so predictable, and biased, and narrow-minded that
the "wait-a-minute" moments follow one after another.

Notice that he didn't say anything, really. What he said was
pablum. But since it came from an **APOSTLE** it is considered
as deep, profound truth. The Church is kicking itself that it
never made Edgar A. Guest a General Authority.

Also notice that he just branded anyone who doesn't get with the
Mormon program as having a "hard heart."

The question basically was, "how can we control others and make
them do what we want them to do?" Unfortunately you "can't jam
that in there."
