What would be your answer to God, who makes his presence known to you today, after so many years in vain you searched for him but did not pray for several years, did not seek his help for a long time.
Mine would be;

"Did I ask your solicitation lately A**Hole?"

I would doubt it was real.

Well, I know it wouldn't be real.

I would be afraid that I was hallucinating. It would probably be a very terrifying experience followed by a psych examination. I hope that never happens to me.

I was asked by someone close to me a number of years ago if there was anything that could ever make me come back to THE church.

I said, "sure." The other person perked up and was like, "Really, what would it be?"

I said, "If godalmighty appeared to me in person in all his godly glory, in the form of a man in his white robe and the bright light and the whole shebang and told me that the mormon church was true and I'd better get my little hinnie back there, I'd seriously consider it. And I wouldn't even forget what he said or write 5 completely different versions of it. It would make quite a powerful impact.

Of course, I'd check myself in to the local mental health hospital first and get at least three professional opinions verifying that they believed I really did indeed see God. Maybe they could hook me up to some wires that test my brain out or something where they could tell if I really did experience it. But yeah, if all that happened, I'd be banging the bishop's door down begging him to let me back in.

Short of that.... nah. Nothing. Nada. Zilch."
