It's what he's lived for his whole life. Didn't go on a mission, really never did anything meaningful, let alone spectacular. Now he's the prophet! Now he'll be worshipped. Now he's somebody. "Keep it coming kiddies... we thank the, Oh God, for the prophet (that's me)... who can wiggle his ears every day..."

I've always looked at this guy with suspicion. Even in my most Tbm state he always struck me as the worst kind of phoney car salesman type. I could never quite put my finger on it but I 'felt' he wasn't sincere or genuine.

Now he runs the church and when he speaks all I listen carefully but hear platitudes, pat answers, insincere comments and no hint of genuine leadership.
