It was 74 degrees the day before yesterday, and it snowed today.

Really, really, really angry with work. So much so I was shaking on the drive home the other night. I'm mostly just sick and tired of all the lying that goes on; perhaps I'm just not cut out for this business.

Today I was late to work, ruined my pants, freaked out because I couldn't find my keys when it was time to go home, found my keys in the ignition of my locked truck, broke into my truck with the assistance of an English professor and a wire hanger, put $45 in the gas tank (which only got me 3/4 of a tank). Then I got home and my dog bolted and was gone for 45 minutes, during which he assuredly got into trouble that I will hear about later.
I need a drink (or 3)!

I hate it when I'm invited to sit on a committee to create an interface that I and my group will be using, only to find out the project manager is a control freak and is not in anyway interested in input from the end user, i.e. his customers.
This leaves me in the position of looking like I approve of the dumbass's application because my name is on the committee roster.
