New BYU (all BYU campuses) sexual assault policy.

"BYU announces all campuses will now give Honor Code amnesty and ‘leniency’ to students who report sexual assaults"

It's not a blanket amnesty. I think it would be something like, if a student was with a group of other students drinking, and the assault happened during the party, the student reporting the assault and the victim would not be punished for the drinking. At least that is reads like to me.
