Was the site down for awhile?

For hours today I kept getting the message that the site may be down or moved permanently. Was this just my system or more widespread?

I was on quite a bit today, and didn't see it. Sometimes in the very early morning hours the board is down for server maintenance.

One other thing....in the address bar, there was ! inside a circle at the beginning of the rfm addy. I wonder if my system deems this an unsafe site as others have mentioned about the http addy. I have a Microsoft Surface but until today it has never given me any indication this is a problem address.

Didn't they do a once a month thing from Saturday night to Sunday morning? What happened to that?

I couldn't get on for about ten minutes yesterday but I

remembered Eric K saying that he was going to change the address

to https instead of what it is now which actually says Not

secure. Maybe thats why a few of us have had problems.
