Another news story about too much retail space, too many malls (CBS)

Does anyone publish sales or rental numbers for City Creek (aka The Lord's Mall)?

Are there any vacancies there?

One thing to keep in mind regarding City Creek (at least this is what I've seen reported), is that there is no mortgage contributing what it costs them to operate.

How much less income would you need to get by if you didn't have a mortgage payment?

So they've got a cushion... Where they are relative to the cushion is beyond my ken, but those are the figures that would be of interest.
