Looks like my husband's protein powders. Those are so nasty tasting and they never mix completely, always lumps floating around.
I used to like this one powdered soup, but I can never find it anymore. Yeah, a lot of that stuff is useless without water.
Some of the army's MREs come in a bag, the food is dried, like spaghetti, it comes in a hard lump, you just add the hot water.
It last for years and doesn't have to be refrigerated or anything.
