When, oh when, are we going to find any evidence of the huge battles in the Americas that occurred even more recently than this?

A few clues from Julius, some common sense, and logic is enough to help the archaeologists figure out the likely invasion point.

"Archaeologists believe they may have uncovered the first evidence of Julius Caesar's invasion of Britain in 54BC.

The discovery of a defensive ditch and weapons led them to identify Pegwell Bay in Thanet, Kent, as the place they believe the Romans landed.

The ditch, in the nearby hamlet of Ebbsfleet, was part of a large fort, the University of Leicester team says.

Its location was consistent with clues provided by Caesar's own account of the invasion, the team said."

Caesar had but a puppet government as a tributary of its Roman influence to teach the British a lesson for helping the French during the Gaul wars. His reign was of short duration.

He really did live, unlike the BoM characters who are imaginary.

I love these findings. They are everywhere where civilizations have been. Hmmmnnnn. Just makes me want to say to Mormons re the BoM, "Put up or shut up."

There's more chance of finding that Julius Caesar invaded Orlando Florida as well right after Britain, than there is of finding evidence of Lehi and family's extended vacation somewhere in the Americas.
