Yes, but that would be true of any one of the Q13.

All Mormons need is a face and someone to call Prophet, like some model being the "face" of some beauty product. An object to admire. Nelson knows the party line inside out and will make as good a poster child for Mormonism as anyone of the Apostles. That is all the qualification he needs.

Plus, now the President/Prophet seems to make it a point to say very little if anything so that he can't be pinned down--a figure head. This is the age of "leaks" and P.R. firms after all.
