The LDS hierarchy deals in stipends, many or most aren't subject to taxation;

Overall, tscc side-steps accountability - responsibility by its total avoidance of transparency.

God rewards his chosen monetarily. Everybody knows that. All the church leaders will tell you that when you are truly righteous that God pours out his blessings in cash. Just pay your tithing even if you can't pay your rent and you will see!
