Missionaries "we know that God gave Joseph Smith revelations, me so he was called by God but used steer stones? Missionaries go to lids.org and look up your answers there!me no I am asking hard questions because it is confusing, so does Joseph Smith visit your prophets then?

The Book of Mormon was supposed to be written in *Reformed* Egyptian. This would be a non-hieroglyphic script... while the idea sounds similar to Demotic Egyptian script, the Anthon Transcript etc show something quite different to Demotic.

That said, Jews have a very long standing relationship with Egypt.
