3.Sacred Doctrine
4.Divine coincidence
5.Monetary commitment
6.Extraordinary measures
7.Member complicity
8.Demeaning of self worthiness
9.Confusion and transference
10.Behavior other directed
11.Inclusion by obsession with acceptance
12.Never express doubt to a subordinates
13.Never express doubt to a superior
14.The cult supersedes all other commitments
15.Never refuse a request
16.Never ask for anything that specifically benefits you
17.Never take action because a cult leader said to.
18.Respond automatically
19.Accept the leaders as perfect centers of your universe

Someone simplified it even better:

If the person you obey without question is dead, then it's a
religion. If that person is alive, then it's a cult.
