I would swear it was Dallin Oaks and his Mrs. (No idea what she looks like). I don't think it was because the car wasn't new enough for a rich guy like him and even if it was his, I don't think he would be the driver.

So if its not him (I turned onto North Temple) and he kept going straight, someone else in SLC looks a lot like Dallin. Poor guy.

I saw a younger version of Thomas Monson while visiting the Family History Library in SLC a couple of years ago. He could've been his clone. He was a senior missionary, but about 20-30 years younger than Tommy. Given the gene pool there, it may be a good chance they are related?!
