LW, I guess I'm old enough to think of them as rockers in the grand scheme of things.....but I listened to them, BS&T and other jazz influenced bands too.
In his youth, Jon Huntsman had his own band and wanted to be a rock star. He is actually a very good musician. He gave the rock star dream, sort of, to go on a mission to Taiwan. (which came in handy as the US ambassador to China) When he came home from his mission, he started into politics and worked in the White House under Reagan.
