apparently utah voters approved a measure to take the decisions of legislative district boundaries away from the leg. onto an 'independent commission' (similar to Washington state?);

I congratulate, but is this vote binding / final?

Also: WHY are there different House & Senate district numbers in Utah (+ some other states)? that's Unnecessarily Confusing!!

Washington State: each district has 2 representatives, 1 senator, same district.

Any 'independent commission' in Utah will be heavily influenced by the powers that be. It might be a bad thing.

I didn't understand this initiative so I left it blank, it's best not to cast a vote if your ignorant.
