A "Thank You" to Chica!

A while ago I had started a thread asking if others had joined another church after leaving the cult. "Chica" suggested I look at meetup dot com and I wanted to thank her for this suggestion!

I had not seen this before! And there are lots of groups and communities, welcoming and friendly and don't require tithing and have been happy to meet me! And don't despise me or marginalize me for being divorced and single.

So thanks for the suggestion, Chica !!!!!

Meet-up group organizers have to pay meetup.com to list their groups. Consider offering a little financial help for your host.
