Hello from a rain cold night in Eastern North Carolina. I am excited to say that I finally got me a job!!! This will be the first job that I had since quitting my job at Michaels 2 years ago. I will be working at a fast food joint called Bojangles. If you are in the Carolina's you probably know who I am talking about. This place does chicken and biscuits with a Cajun flare. It is actually one of my favorite places to get fried chicken and sweet tea. I am hoping to find out tomorrow or Thursday when I start orientation and stuff. It is not exactly what I want to be doing but hopefully this job will buy me some time to get on at a doctor's office or the hospital here and do what I went to school for.

Mmm, I love their sweet tea and seasoned fries. I don’t like their chicken as much though. I love the coating, but the chicken meat , I don’t like as much as KFC and Popeyes.

Ya I remember BoJangles, greasy chicken. Everyone loves that fried food! the best chicken was Baptist chicken sold in the mountains on the highways during Revival time from those secret Southern recipes. North Carolina is an interesting place. I loved their hush puppies, okra, and livermush. We just don't get that good stuff out here in Utah.

Where do you go for fried chicken in Utah, and sweet tea?

Yeah not a big fan of livermush but I did have some awesome hush puppies and fried okra today for lunch.

I used to visit my former in-laws in Casar, NC. Loved it there. Went to Bojangles a few times. Fish camps too! yum!
