Surprisingly, nothing like today. It had only gotten out of the red a mere seven years before. Since debt was a recent memory, they would have been very careful how they spent money.

Does anyone have the most recent data for the same categories?

I'm sure I could dig in the lds websites, but I feel lazy too make the effort.

These were snippets going up to the mid 50s when this particular relative passed away.

I thought some might like to see them.
