It is now *legal* for women to go topless in public IN UTAH. Thus saith the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Utah is in the 10th appellate district. The 8th appellate district upheld the boob ban, so this itty bitty t----- issue could go all the way to the Supreme Court!

It's difficult for me to imagine that a woman would want to do this--legal or not. It would appear that only an exhibitionist would be likely to do so.

It is my guess that the church issued this notice simply because "the law said so"--woman should be equal.

My next invention: Booby blinders (for LDS men of course)

You wear the device like glasses or have it fitted on your existing glasses.

When the device senses boobs within sight, it releases pepper spray into their eyes so they can't look at the boobs. Then a minute or two later it sprays water to wash away the pepper spray.
