Off Topic, maybe. Is the Mandelorian a gospel essential?

I've watched the first three episodes because

1.   as a Verizon 'unlimited' subscriber, it's free for a year;

2.   I was curious

3.   and now I'm fascinated: how bad will it get?

4.   does anyone else think Dirty Harry Callahan is under that mask?

5.   do any of you close your eyes and imagine it's happening in Dodge City?

I already looked on IMDb because I thought I recognized the voice under the mask. Couldn't help it, I have the gratification delay of a kindergartener when it comes to a story. So I spoiled it for myself but I'm still watching.

It reminds me a bit of Firefly, which was one of my favorite tv shows of all time.

I didn't watch game of thrones si the actor is new to me. I'm enjoying it. Bern an all things Star Wars fans since the moment in theatre in 1977 when I watch Episode IV
