Here's one thing I'd like to see Mormon leadership do this year. In the Pioneer Day parade, I'd like to see the apostholes drive around in those little Shriner cars while wearing the temple baker's hats. It would amuse members and non-members alike, and baptisms would soar (by two or three more).

I'd like to see ol'Russ shake things up with a real 'thus saith the lord' revelation instead of a bunch of lighted pen administrative ballyhoo.

not enough room to post my list, but it starts with:

spending their 'reserve' on charity, Real Charity for people in need, not just church members. Give it to Sally's army, the Red Cross,Habitat, Heifer, etc.

build a few very low income permanent housing buildings, let the tenants govern them.

end tithing as it is now, open temples (or discontinue them)

people have say in All policies & procedures.

I'd love to see them answer questions, and have to document, wherever possible, that their answers were truthful.

Tell the truth, the *whole* truth, and nothing but the truth, regarding Mormon history, doctrines, beliefs, and practices, past and current.

Or in Mormon terms:

Be honest in all their dealings.
Do what is right, let the consequence follow.
