> Yet with the same light > The moon goes on shining.
The same light? Light is photons. All, ALL, the photons useful to we on earth come from the Sun. I sincerely believe that any photon that bounces off the moon and into your eye does so only once in your lifetime.
Therefore, the moon does NOT use the same light in its continuing The Shining.
I can't see when the wind is broke but I sure can smell what I can't believe is true for me. It takes the wind right out of me when it is broke by another bloke.
Of course you can see the trail of damage the wind leaves, the destruction. The cows and cars taking a ride on a twister, the houses in shambles tornado'd to pieces. The eye of the hurricane. Seems to not be fake.
The wind whipping your hair or the laundry on the line?
Perhaps a new metaphor?
Or, there's always, "Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence." Many find that useful.
