any recent attendees this morning?

What's going on at meetings? ANYTHING extraordinary?


the Sameness / Boredom of ChurchCo meetings was always a challenge for me! To make it Worse, the Uber TBMs would often / always giggle about what a 'Special' meeting they just attended... uck!

I have nothing to report since I haven't attended in years.
However I do recall the last ward I attended, a member of the bishopric was fond of saying that if you didn't feel the spirit in meetings it was your fault because 'the spirit' was always there regardless of the quality of the speakers and etc.
Just one more way that the fault is always yours, never the church.

I think some men preach a form of this doctrine in terms of the issue of sexual satisfaction on the part of their female partner(s).

If, from time to time, they actually had knowledgable speakers who knew how to address the public then perhaps more people would attend
