I hold that if the “Hebrew bible AKA the Old Testament is a fact based history then it must have been compiled from the ancient Sumerian cuneiform annals and legends extant at the time of it's writing. These legends and writings have been embraced, and disparaged, and disallowed by scholars and researchers.
Having studied a number of these translations over the last 20 or so years I have come to the conclusion that they hold water and should be given heavy weight when considering the material which they cover. In particular refer to #1 The Lost Book of Enki #2 The Epic of Gilgamesh and #3 The Enuma Elish.
Understanding these might be of help to us as we recover from the mind control under which we have existed for so long!

Very possible. The book of Job is suppose to be the oldest old testament book written some time around Abrahams days, It's about a man from Ur and the land of the Chaldean. Supposedly the same people as the Sumerians or closely related. It's amazing that all this complex imagery could fit on a clay tablet. There's a lot we don't know.

The Book of Job was not Mesopotamian; it was Persian, lifted by the Jews during the Babylonian Captivity in Mesopotamia, where they and the Persians interacted a lot. There were other parts of the OT that were also adopted from Persia/Iran, including "Second Daniel." I put that in quotation marks because that book and others significantly influenced by outsiders were removed from the canonical Bible by the "higher critics" in the 19th century. Job had enough Hebrew stuff in it to make the cut, as it were, but everyone knows that a lot of its elements are Persian.

Abraham is a dubious character as well. There is no extra-biblical evidence that such a person existed in the 2nd millennium BCE; he didn't really enter the Hebrew/Israelite picture until 800 BCE at the earliest, and a lot of academics think that he too came from the Zoroastrian contact in the Babylonian Captivity in the 6th century BCE. That's probably not a consensus view but the lack of historical evidence for Abraham before then surely is.

Abraham is mentioned in Egyptian writings from the time of Pharaoh Shoshenq I.

On the walls of the Temple of Amun in Karnak.

That is not the consensus view.

But if it is true, that still puts the earliest reference to Abraham at about 930 BCE, which is quite close to what I stated and still over a thousand years too late. Such a great and momentous leader should not fail to leave any mark on history or archaeology for over a millennium, surely.

My original premise here was way over condensed. I have been involved in studying translations of ancient Sumerian cuneiform tablets for about 15 years or more.
Using my version of logic I have reached my own conclusions about the authenticity of these tablets, some of which are quite large in size.(the tablets not the conclusions)
It seems to me that whenever new evidence arrises that is contradictory to the current paradigm it gets disparaged, demeaned,disallowed,and disbelieved.
I think that it should be evealuated, considered, and studied.

Well, sometimes you get a tangentially-related, entertaining scifi series if you wait long enough! Two hundred years or so.
