Totally an opinion, but I bet there are just as many mormons who know they aren't going to make it to the CK, and are okay with it, and they'll make do with the Terrestrial Kingdom.

Then I went to the temple. I didn't realize they could improve on BORING! After attending the temple, I got the idea if there was a CK, that is what it would be like. Not a chance in hell I would want to go there.

I think it's like the movie, "What Dreams May Come" and we create our own afterlife. I never saw anyone fight dying as hard as my father did, while trying to convince everyone that he knew he was going to the CK. If he really thought that, he'd have let go long before he did. But I'd imagine he wasn't real sure that God wouldn't hold certain abusive things he did against him. I told him that if the mormon church was true to send me a sign. Crickets.
