Summer Wells case, Mormon connection

In case anyone is following the missing Tennessee girl, Summer Utah Moon Wells case, I just discovered a Mormon connection.

Don Wells, Summer Wells father was born and raised in Utah, and he was raised Mormon.

He isn't a Mormon anymore. He is a Seventh Day Adventist.

His Mormon upbringing did not keep him on the straight and narrow. He has been arrested several times and has spent time in prison. His stepsister said he sexually molested her from the time she was five until she was eleven and he went to prison.

He was eleven when he started molesting her, and she was five. He refers to this as a consensual "relationship."

Go figure.

There seems to be a LOT of interest in this case, but at least it is taking my mind off Lori Vallow.
