We are currently behind in payments as we ran out of funds. I paid 2 months but will not personally pay going forward if we can raise funds. We are on a dedicated server. There is no advertising like one experiences on Reddit or other platforms. There are millions of posts and stories archived for searching. We have great admins here who volunteer their services.

Ron, using PayPal IS using your credit card.

PayPal is just the go-between handling the necessary data, including verifying with your credit card issuer that your information is legit, and even making you respond to a text message.

You don’t need to be a PayPal member to use this function.

Believe me, if there were an easier, lazier way to do it, I would have found it.

Having said that, Ron, yes you can use your credit card (I did). It then goes via Paypal, but it doesn't require you to have a Paypal account.

Paypal just handles the transaction. You use the credit card of your choice.

Eric and CZ...I have a question.

I am not OK using Paypal or using my credit card in places I don't normally use if at all possible at this time.

During the last fundraiser, I sent a check but it was never cashed. I suspect it was lost in the mail, or misplaced somewhere. I was never able to resolve it.

Has anyone else had any problems with Wingnet not receiving or cashing a donation?

We are sure they will still receive old fashioned checks there, right?

Once again, I wait in the foyer for a minute as the prelude music drones on. Then I enter through the front side door and slowly walk across all three audience sections to the podium steps on the far side. My nose is held high as I strut and climb those three steps up.

In my hand is an envelope that contains barely enough for a cup of hot chocolate at the corner market. I pause as I reach the Bishop and scan the audience to make sure everyone is watching.

I offer my meager envelope to the nice Bishop but I don't immediately release my grip. He must "take" it from me to emphasize how important my meager donation is.

As I stroll across the podium to the other set of steps I again look out over the audience just to make sure that they can see me.

The organist replays part of the prelude to give me enough time to slowly step down three more steps and clear the podium.

I sashay down one of the isles a few rows and plump my fat butt down into one of many empty pew benches.

There, I just made my yearly donation. I smugly reward myself with a yellow butter-mint from my vest pocket.

Looks like Paypal was down for a bit when I tried to access for a time last night. It said my account did not exist when I tried to login. Everything is up and running now. Account is secure. Changed password too with 2 token authentication,

PayPal worked for me right now. Thanks for hosting RFM. You are saving me so much tithing money.

I donated a couple of days ago, but I just made a second donation. I realized that my total donations to RFM over the past couple of years are still probably less than one tithing payment when I was under the influence of Mormonism.

This thousand bucks and all of the other donations are exmos putting their non-tithing dollars to the work and glory of exmormonism.

This is the first time I've not donated to exmormon.org because I'm limited personal funding now and have to pay my own ISP fees on my exmormon devoted website.

Even those who don't donate add value to exmormon.org by visiting ,sharing, linking, and posting which keeps search engine AI bots on the ball point back here.

Thanks to those who donated. This site has been a part of my life for over 20 years. A part of me wants to not need it anymore. The better part of me knows how valuable it is knowing it is still here.
