Another One Bites the Dust, Part II

I wrote about a month ago that my son (priesthood holder, Eagle Scout, RM, and married in the temple) was disillusioned about all the sack of lies that TSCC admitted to in the essays. He stopped attending.

His wife, who has been a super-uber Nazi TBM all her life, was OUTRAGED about the newest policies, discriminating against children. For her, it has always been about "Families can be Together Forever," and the new "policy" shattered her shelf.

DS said they probably won't resign, but they plan to just back away quietly. I wasn't there - this was reported by DH - so I couldn't warn them about how TSCC will keep hounding them (faithful in their callings, good tithe-payers, a regular "Ensign" family) with calls, emails and cookies on the front porch.

But they are DONE. And if TSCC keeps after them, they might just resign.

This is one formerly faithful, but now thoroughly pissed-off couple, with two little kids.

The church has shot itself in the foot BIG TIME with this mess.

Imagine - this is happening around the WORLD. Fantastic!
