Yes, it's that time of the week, the RFM Exmo party night, where exmos all over the world get together to imbibe in a drink together, raising a glass to each other. Alcoholic or non-alcoholic.

This evening I have enjoyed some Stumbras Vodka. The type with a head of grain in it.

What's your tipple this evening?

As Timothy would say, Party on!

Iced tea. I like peach flavoured iced tea.

I do too! But have come to find out that peach iced tea is not good for me. It causes me to have an irregular heart beat.

Have been mostly sipping water this evening. That may change but haven't really set my sights on anything in particular.

Just enjoying my down time mostly and not having to be anywhere but where I want to be.

I tried two amber craft ales today. The first was maltier, the second hoppier. Although I went wth the maltier organic amber, my tastes may be changing. Generally, I'm not one for hoppy beer. But, the light hoppy finish and slight bitterness did make for an amazing complexity that my more tame friend lacked. Ah beer! So many lovely options.

I've never developed a taste for wine. If I do drink it, I generally lean toward a Pinot Gris. But...my tastes are changing. I find soft drinks are generally too sweet.

The most daring drink I ever ordered was at a banquet and the friend next to me ordered a dirty Grey Goose martini. WTF, I thought, I'll generally try just about anything once. I can't say that I particularly remember the cocktail, but sitting with a group of professional friends in Toronto, in Spring, without a sound from Mormonism was absolutely delightful!

Wishing the very best for my UK friend, Matt, the EXMO Canucks, and all the other Commonwealth friends here. Cheers, mates!

My hubby's favorite drink is a dirty Grey Goose martini. I think they're kind of gross. To each their own.

I do quite like Grey Goose and tonic with a twist of lime.
Lately i'm liking Gin with San Pellegrino Grapefruit and a twist of lime. MMMM.

While in Maui I could have overdosed quite easy on POG juice and spiced rum. That stuff is dangerous because you can't taste the alcohol. Very refreshing in hot weather.

I marinated the pork tender loin in tequila, lime, cilantro honey, and onion. Does that count? It was really good. Cooked it on the grill.
