I remember when I was younger my mother telling me that older copies of the Doctrine and Covenants used code names for Joseph Smith and others to "protect" them and that these were in use when she was growing up in the 60s and 70s. I am thinking the code names might have been in the Adamic language if they existed at all. Does anyone remember these, or was my mom mistaken since I haven't been able to find anything about it.
