My friend is so excited to go to the temple on Sat to do laundry.

Some people are easily excited.

I'm thrilled that the temple now provides drop and fold laundry service! That's a great idea, and I'd gladly take my poopoo undies to the temple's drive up window. Being that the Morg is a church, I assume that this charitable service will be free for me, right?

Wouldn't he rather whitewash my fence?

For shits and giggles I would have to put a pair of thongs in my laundry bag! and your friend needs a life if washing other people's drawers excites her. The refuge houses, homeless shelters, battered women and children shelters, Ronald McDonald Houses, Hospices are always in need of volunteers.

She's thrilled with the honor.

Doing the laundry is a lot better than scrubbing toilets. When I used to believe I had to be at a Temple - wish I had thought about putting used thong's (women's) in the used rental clothes.

Now I will laugh all day.

Pardon my ignorance, but what laundry is actually done there? Would it be just the jumpsuits used in dead-dunking and possibly towels (are they still providing towels, or do they make members bring their own now?). The laundry workers aren't washing anyone's actual clothing, are they?

Temple clothing can be rented, so that is part of it, too.

White washing.

Whites washing? Slavery is still slavery - when you don't know your master is your master - unless you consider the payment of infernal life payment enough.

Better than real service? No! Real laundry service costs. The indentured servant is paid in slots.

I have cousins who do that, too.

They wash all the temple clothes that the temple rents out for money.

"Doing laundry for the corp." Exactly.

Or did you mean money-laundering?
