Because the morg hasn't / won't take a stand on Guns, lets-

Give them some suggestions on what they Should announce a position on!

They haven't taken a stand on speed limits, sales tax, or the selective service draft.

Apparently human reproduction, or variations on the theme, have to be involved in order for the church to feel the need to lend a guiding hand, bless their little pea-picking hearts.

Coffee, beer, sex (unless you've had some old white guy say some magic words over you in a temple) -- all evil and bad.

Guns, fatty foods, killing other humans in wars, death penalties, destroying the environment...can't comment on those. Elohim doesn't care about them. He just cares about coffee, beer, and un-templed sex.

From the CDC: 10,265 alcohol related traffic fatalities in 2015.

Where’s the outrage over that? I personally know 3 people that have been killed by drunk drivers. I personally know 1 person that was shot (that one lived)

Churches shouldn't be taking positions on guns.

Each individual needs to make such decisions. It's not for churches to do it for them.
