Ann Eliza Webb Young Death — 100th Anniversary

Just wanted to post a brief reminder that Ann Eliza Webb, "Wife No. 19" of Brigham Young, passed away 100 years ago today in Sparks, Nevada.

Her book and lectures helped to raise public awareness of Young's frontier theocracy in Utah, and of the horrors of polygamy. Without her work, the country might have been slower to take action against the practice, and the evil would have festered longer than it did. It's impossible to estimate how many lives she helped to rescue from her day until now.

Ann Eliza constantly demonstrated more integrity and courage than all the so-called "Brethren" since JS' time have shown in their entire combined lot of wasted lives. (This goes double for the current crop of wretched, despicable, lying cowards presently occupying the red velvet chairs.)

RIP, Annie. You did good.
